Single Self-Cleaning Water Filtration
Single filter systems consist of one filtration mechanism and are suitable for applications where a specific filtration step is sufficient. They are straightforward to install, low in maintenance and cost-efficient.
The following products within our portfolio fall under single self-cleaning water filtration:
- Screen bend — a static, gravity-driven self-cleaning screen with no moving parts, ideal for separating solids, with a filtration range of 0.25 to 2 mm
- Drum filter (RDF) — a rotating self-cleaning filtration system for continuous separation of suspended and floating particles at high contamination loads, with a filtration range of 0.25 to 4 mm
- ACF coarse filter — an automatic self-cleaning coarse filter for protecting pumps, pipework and other installations, with a filtration range of 0.1 to 5 mm
- SCF self-cleaning filter — an automatic inline filter with intermittent backflushing on pressure differential, applied primarily as a self-cleaning filter for process water without process interruption. Filtration range from 15 micron to 3000 micron
- HL-SCF — a variant of the SCF filter, specially suited for very high contamination concentrations, with continuous flushing ahead of the self-cleaning filter instead of intermittent flushing on pressure differential as with the SCF filter
- MFF Microfilter — a multi-layer fibre filter system that is self-cleaning down to 0.5 micron, with most applications using the 3 micron filter
